All maintenance staff at The Courtyards, but Mike especially, have done a great job responding to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. I have never been worried about any maintenance issues not being fixed in a timely manner; they have always been in contact with us soon after submitting requests, and have gone above and beyond to repair and clean up any maintenance issues.
